Fall, Nobel and Tony

Today, one of my never meet friends, Tony Tezak and his dear, are celebrating 38 years of marriage! that's mind... from 1975.

Nobel literature prize 2013

Obviously, not a breaking news. Alice Munro, English  Canadian short story writer was awarded with Nobel prize this year: "master of the contemporary short story". It's first time then a short story author is awarded with Nobel prize. I spent few days to read, both in my native language and in English - online, part of Alice's stories. Try it... your time it's well spent here, it's good to meet she.
Few years ago, Herta Muller, a Romanian native, was also awarded with Nobel prize (2009). Honestly, I never read Herta or Alice works before Nobel are prizes awarded. Both of them, without a visible link, remembered me about a former Nobel prize winner, John Steinbeck and novel "Sweet Thursday".
One of never meet friends of mine are celebrating this days 38 years of marriage!

It's a good time to remember 1975... Altair 8800 is released, and so and so - just read, lot of "crucial events". Nothing here about Teachers whiskey or former Deep Purple band. Power of flower already ended! Jesus Christ Superstar? History.
